When Will My Order Ship?

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer, but we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.


How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers, depending on your location.

  • Average shipping time: 7–20 business days.

  • Please note that customs procedures, local courier delays, or extreme weather conditions may affect actual delivery times.


How Do I Cancel an Order?

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, your order has likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has already been shipped. At this stage, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it.

  • We understand this may be inconvenient, but our goal is to provide fast and efficient service by dispatching orders promptly.


What Is Your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy:

  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
