Introduction

At YCZ Fragrance, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@yczfragrance.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Do not send items back without authorization.
  3. Ship the Package: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: Items that do not meet return conditions will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@yczfragrance.com. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no additional charge.

No Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, once an order has been shipped and received, we cannot exchange items for different products, scents, or sizes. If you wish to obtain a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
