To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Products should be lightly used or in acceptable condition
Excessively used, intentionally damaged, or improperly handled items may not qualify for a refund

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The wrong item was received
The product arrived damaged or defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
YCZ Fragrance is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows βDeliveredβ but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.
International Orders
Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, all international orders are considered final sale.
