After your order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately. Standard processing typically takes 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we strive to dispatch all orders promptly.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • Other regions: Canada, Brazil, Germany, United Kingdom, and other international destinations typically take 10–20 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active. We encourage customers to monitor their shipments and contact us if there are any issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Although we take great care in packaging all orders, YCZ Fragrance is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is missing or damaged, please contact support@yczfragrance.com with your order details. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

International Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
